Working draft — not approved for publication. This is an unofficial English translation of the German text. It has not been reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the markets PumpingbuddY operates in, and it is not the legally binding version. It stays a draft until the open confirmation fields are resolved and that review has happened.

How to report
Use the report function on the content itself, or the report form on this page. Every report gets its own reference number so it can be followed up.
Reporting an intellectual property infringement
Use the form on this page. A report asks for the reporter, the protected work, the location of the content on PumpingbuddY, the reason and the reporter's relationship to the rights holder.
Required information: name, email address, protected work, affected content ID or URL, reason, rights holder or authority, and supporting information.
What happens next
- The report is stored with its reference and appears in the moderation centre.
- A person reviews it. Nothing is deleted automatically because of a report.
- The outcome is recorded: no action, content removed, visibility restricted, score corrected, warning, suspension.
How a decision can be reviewed
If a decision affects you, you can request a review. The request is stored with the decision and looked at by a person.
Your own content
If your content was removed you are told why, and you can ask for the decision to be reviewed.
Privacy in reports
Reports are handled confidentially. The reporter's details are used only to review the report and are not passed on to the reported person.
Misusing reports
Repeatedly unfounded reports can themselves lead to restrictions.
