PumpingbuddY content
The PumpingbuddY name, logo, design system, rank names and rank designs, icons, graphics, share templates, challenge designs, animations, sounds, texts, achievement designs, leaderboard design and game mechanic content belong to WILKO GROUP LTD, the operator of PumpingbuddY. They may not be modified, copied or reused without permission. Regular players have no administrative access to them in the app.
User generated content
Profile pictures, profile banners, session recordings and other content you provide stay yours. WILKO GROUP LTD claims no ownership of them. You grant WILKO GROUP LTD only the rights needed to run, store, process, display, secure and moderate them, and to share what you explicitly choose to share.
Third party content
Content from third parties is used only where the necessary rights have been cleared. PumpingbuddY keeps an internal asset register with the source, licence, licence date and permitted use for each entry.
Marking
Official PumpingbuddY share cards carry visible branding. Session videos from the paid modes carry an embedded watermark that stays visible after a download.
Scope of protection
A copyright notice marks rights in specific works. Trademark, design and patent rights are separate areas with their own requirements. This page claims no exclusivity beyond what applicable law grants.
